Unfortunately there isn't much we can do at that time. We're constantly looking to add new banks and institutions to make Snoop better.
If your bank isn’t listed, you can let us know in the app. To do this, from the Snoop app homepage tap the '+' button to add an account, scroll to the bottom of the list of current providers, and tap ‘UK bank not listed? Get In touch’ where you can let us know which bank you'd like to see added to Snoop. We will use the results to prioritise our next connections.
You can also let us know over at SnoopSpace (from the account settings page in your Snoop App) or by emailing hello@snoop.app. When we add that bank, we'll let you know so you can connect your account.
