Refunds are managed through the App Store and the Google Play Store, so we can't refund you directly.
To request a refund on the App Store:
1. Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com
2. Tap 'I'd like to' then select 'Request a refund' from the dropdown list
3. Choose your reason for wanting a refund, then tap 'Next'
4. Select the Snoop Plus subscription, then tap 'Submit'
5. If approved, it can take between 48 hours and 60 days to receive the refund, depending on the payment method you used
To request a refund on the Google Play Store:
1. Go to your Google Play Store account
2. Select 'Order History'
3. Find your Snoop Plus subscription
4. Select 'Request a refund'
5. Fill out the refund form
6. You'll get a message confirming the request and then you'll receive an email letting you know if you've been refunded. This usually takes 15 minutes but can take up to 4 working days
