Refunds are managed through the App Store and the Google Play Store, so we can't refund you directly.
To request a refund on the App Store:
1. Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com
2. Tap 'I'd like to' then select 'Request a refund' from the dropdown list
3. Choose your reason for wanting a refund, then tap 'Next'
4. Select the Snoop Plus subscription, then tap 'Submit'
5. If approved, it can take between 48 hours and 60 days to receive the refund, depending on the payment method you used
It is slightly more complicated in the Google Play Store
To request a refund from Google Play on mobile, you can:
- Log in to your Google Play Store account
- Go to Order History
- Find the transaction you want to return
- Click Report a problem
- Select the issue that applies to you
- Fill out and submit the refund request form
You can also request a refund by:
- Going to play.google.com
- Clicking your profile picture in the top right
- Clicking Payments and subscriptions
- Clicking Budget and order history
- Clicking Report a problem for the order you want to return
- Selecting the option that describes your situation
- Completing the form and requesting a refund
- Clicking Submit
